At Muye.gr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process in compliance with Greek and European consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Right of Cancellation)
In accordance with the law on distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product .
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal:
1.Notification: You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the contact details below.
2.Deadline: To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
•Condition of Goods: The product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
•Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all boxes, protective materials, and any complimentary items.
•Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice must be included with the return.
•Hygiene Exclusions: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and similar piercing jewelry are generally excluded from returns once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless they are found to be defective upon delivery.
3. Return Procedure
1.Contact Us: Before sending the product back, please contact us at info@muye.gr to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2.Packaging: Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
3.Shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a registered mail or courier service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods or from the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
•Deductions: The initial shipping cost (if any) is generally not refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of the initial shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return brings the total order value below the free shipping threshold.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@muye.gr with details of the product and the defect. We will arrange for the return of the defective item and the shipment of a replacement at no cost to you.
